Token hosts ignore it and read system/user. A host that is asked questions rather than prompts — SystemOneHost — reads nothing else.

The question’s id, which the structured request keys its answer by.

state: String

question: Option<String>

The question text; None when a choice or score has none worth asking.

shape: Shape

options: Vec<(String, String)>

(label, text) per option, in request order. A yes/no offer is [("A","Yes"),("B","No")].
